Sponsors may host a demo even for their product in the Bethel Great Room. Full use of AV equipment available including 16x9 LED Screen.
Interest Meetings typically are 60 min and offered either during the lunch break or at the end of the days schedule.
Attendees register for these events via the BMWS25 app. Typical attendance is 300-350 people. More than 1 meeting available if registration maxes out.
We recommend offering promotions to those who attend, giveaway or snacks!

Bethel Music Worship School, is for Worship Leaders, Songwriters, Musicians, and Creatives who want to grow in heart and skill as they serve the local and global church. Join us for 5 days of worship, teaching, and ministry with over 50+ classes that cover skill development, heart & calling, leadership & pastoring, worship leading, songwriting, creativity & the arts, theology of worship, and production.
Featuring Brian & Jenn Johnson, The Bethel Music Collective and special guests Abbie Gamboa, Bill Johnson, Kari & Cody Carnes, Elijah Lamb, Naomi Raine, Kris Vallotton, Elijah Lamb, Nathan Finochio and Circuit Riders in Redding, California from July 13-17, 2026.
For over two decades, the Bethel Music Worship School has been a pivotal experience for Worship Leaders, Musicians, and Creatives globally. This unique 5-day event, held in the heart of summer, transcends the traditional church conference. It draws attendees of all ages from across the world, united in their passion for the local and global church and eager to grow their giftings to better serve their communities.
With a diverse array of classes taught by our collective, band members, local Bethel leaders and guests - attendees can experience a deep dive into their area of interest or expand their knowledge into a wider range of topics. The resourcing and equipping experienced at Bethel Music Worship School is meant to go beyond just the experience of the individual and expand to impact their home church community!

Bethel Music Worship School gathers Worship Leaders, Worship Pastors, Creatives, Musicians, and Songwriters, with an average of 900 people gathering from the United States and Internationally. The average age of attendees is 33 years old and 95% of attendees are actively serving in a church.

No, you do not have to attend the entire event, though you are welcome to join us for the full 5 days!

Unfortunately due to limited space we are not able to promise a designated space set aside for all sponsors. Designated Sponsor tables ( if available ) will be decided 2 weeks before the event. If you are hosting a sponsor event or participating in a class with an artist or musician you are welcome to set up a temporary table.

Yes! We encourage you to promote your resources to students and offer them promotional discounts.

Worship School is a family friendly event! You are welcome to bring your spouse & kids over the age of 14.
We will not be able to supply meals for your family or team. Just the sponsors representatives.

In order to participate in these activations sponsorships must be a minimum of $2500
Example: ‘Gear Company X’ joins Jonathan Lee’s Electric Guitar Breakout in a discussion about guitar tone and promotes product to the class endorsed by musician.
